Welcome to the Ultrafast X-ray and Attosecond Science School application process!

Application Process:

1. Create a sciencesconf.org Account:

• If you don't have an account, click on the "Login" button at the top right to create one.

2. Submit Your Application:

• Head over to the "Submit your CV" page to initiate your application.
• Be sure to complete your application well in advance of the application deadline as spots are limited.

 3. Provide Essential Information:

• As the Title, insert your full name
• As an Abstract, provide follwing details:

1. • Current status (PhD student, post-doc, or other)
   • Your laboratory
   • Your institution
   • City and country where you work
   • Your gender
   • Title of your poster (if applicable)
   • Accommodation preference: "Accommodation double shared room" / "Accommodation single room" / "No accommodation"
   • If sharing a room, specify the person you'd like to share with.

4. Upload Your CV:

• Upload a 1-page CV in PDF format to complete your application.

Important Dates:

• Application submissions: January 29 - February 23, 2024

• Notification of Acceptance:

  • You will be notified of your application status at the beginning of March 2024.
  • Successful applicants will then be able to proceed with registration on the website.

• Registration:  March 7 - April 2, 2024 

• Fee payment:
  
  • No accommodation - pay (400 €) before April 15, 2024
  • Shared double room accommodation - pay (550 €) before March 22, 2024
  • Single room accommodation - pay (850 €) before March 22, 2024
  • Accommodation without any preference (single or double) - precision for the price on March 22, 2024 and payment to be done before April 1, 2024.
